Target.com Browsing
Target has a long history of delivering a positive guest experience in brick and mortar stores, and they strive to do the same through their website. Prior to my joining, the team had done extensive research on the UX of Target.com and had begun to lay the foundation for a new, improved, and fully adaptive experience. As a member of the Product Detail Page & Browse Team, I focused on improving the features of the browse page (product listing) experience, consolidating myriad browse templates across the site for simplicity of use and developer maintenance, and digging into fulfillment messaging the detail pages.
